September is a month of change. The season changes, and the leaves convert to more vibrant autumn colours. The temperatures start dropping more and more by the week. It seems as if the end of the year were approaching rapidly. That is however not the case for IUBH School of Business and Management in September.

Here, September is the time for new beginnings. At this time of the year, the new student intake for the bachelor degree programmes in hospitality, tourism, event and aviation management as well as international management enter our campus.

There are currently over 85 countries represented amongst approximately 2,000 students enrolled at IUBH School of Business and Management. Students from all aroundermany study together with international classmates in courses taught in English, allowing them to acquire skills that are essential for starting a successful career. For the fall semester currently starting, the International University of Applied Sciences welcomes students from the USA, Canada, Egypt, Spain, India, Russia, Albania, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Australia, China, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Thailand, Syria, Ghana, Luxemburg, Colombia, Indonesia, Kenya, Jamaica, Turkey, Vietnam, Romania, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Italy, the Czech Republic, Nigeria, France and Nepal.

Even though I am nearing the end of my studies, as I am in my final semester, I am looking forward to enjoying this sound and friendly environment. The next months will be filled with yearly repeating events, such as our legendary Casino Night, which I will get to enjoy one last time. Furthermore, the Oktoberfest in original Bavarian style is just around the corner and the one or the other Ugly Sweater Party will prove our togetherness.
